Q. What do you mean by
LIFETIME FREE UPGRADES? A.
Currently the toolkit contains a set of actions for Photoshop
CS3, Photoshop CS2, Photoshop CS and
Photoshop 7. As Adobe releases new
versions of Photoshop, the actions and templates will be
updated so that the eCover Toolkit will work with the most recent version of
Photoshop, insuring to keep your toolbox up to date.
Q. Is there a cost for upgrading?
A. No, not for the
downloadable version of the eCover Toolkit. You will be able
to download the latest version of the eCover Toolkit for
FREE. Q. Are
there multiple purchase options for the eCover Toolkit?
A. There is an optional purchase option for those
that want to have a CD version of the product mailed to them
in addition to having the immediate download option.
Q. What is the cost for having the CD version mailed as
well? A. Currently the
cost is an additional $12.00 to cover shipping and handling.

Q. If I purchase the downloadable version now, can I
purchase the CD version in the future and what would be the
cost? A. The only
additional cost for future upgrades would be the shipping
and handling costs at that time in the future. In other
words once you have paid for your initial version of the
eCover Toolkit the only additional charges would be if you
were to want to have a CD version mailed to you for one or
any of the future upgrades to the product, otherwise the
downloadable version upgrades are free to you for the life
of the product.
Q. What do you mean by FREE Future enhancements?
A. Currently there are 20+ Actions and 20+ Templates
included in the product. As I add new actions and templates
to the product to either enhance or make the product better
I don't expect you to pay anything additional for those
enhancements. Call it an early adoption bonus, if you like.
Q. Why is the price so inexpensive?
A. If you've been doing some research on the web
looking for tools to create eCovers for your electronic
products, you will have found products ranging from $50 to
almost $200. I'm building a
business for the future, and I can't think of a better way
to do it. Again, call it an early adoption bonus.

price to go up? A. I'm
